Khursheed ki ziya se le pehle roshnaai.
(If an artist would want to capture Moula’s portrait on canvas, he would have to first get his paint (ink) from the sun)
This was the sight at Burhani Masjid on Yaum-e-Shahadat-e Ameeril Mumineen (SA) where Al-Hadd-ul-Anjab-ul-As’ad al-Farqad-ul-Azhar Abdut Taiyeb Bhai Sahed (DM) gave raza for Sana and tilawat of qasaid and noha before starting Waaz at 11:00 am Saturday.
The mumineen were spell bound with the tarz and style of Bhai Saheb’s simple yet penetrating and extremely congruous bayaan. The topic of shams and qamar (sun and moon) was followed till the end in the chain of his waaz. He started with a bisharat that Mumineen’s faces will shine like the moon in akherat. Then he did wasal with Ameeril Mumineen’s two mojezas of Raddus Shams. After that he recited Moulana’s favourite Mojeza of Inshiqaqul Qamar and then magnanimously and generously disclosed the hidden meaning behind the Mojiza to us from the kalemaat of Moulana (TUS) that He had delivered in Jamnagar.
After that he joined the bayan that Shams and Qamar are Imam. He then recited this bait in Syedi Fakhruddin Shaheed’s shaan written by Syedi Abdeali Imaduddin Saheb.
Wa in qaala lil qamare inzil halla an ajalin;
Wa in qaala lesareeil moute qum yaqomi.
(If he ordered the moon to come down to earth it would oblige immediately, if he would command the dead to rise it would do so)
Bhai Saheb explained this bait in 2 points of view. First, that the moon is mumin. If Moula asked him to do something he would do it immediately, and he further explained this concept with very touching and practical examples ranging from dhaari, wajebaat, wiyaj to moharramaat, MSB to the vision of Moulana for us all and tafadi of mumineen.
Secondly, he explained that the haqeeqi moon is dai, and how the dai resorts to immediate action upon a command from the imam. His bayan was studden with examples of Syedna Shaikh Adam Safiyuddin, Syedna Qutbuddin Shaheed, Syedna Ismail Badruddin and other duat till he reached the bayan of Syedna Taher Saifuddin and how he spent his days and nights for the welfare of mumineen. After that he brought tears in the eyes of each and every mumin mumina or child with the zikr of Moulanas ehsanaat on bangalore and how he spends each day, each hour, each minute, each second for mumin, mumin and mumin. May Allah keep Him on the peak of health and happiness!
After that Bhai Saheb did bayan of a very nadir mojeza of Moulana Ali and his shaan of generosity and ta’at and sadaqa. This led to the bayaan of Moulana Husain’s Shahadat. The masjid was filled with the sound of matam and buka and Ya Husain Ya Husain was on the lips of everyone. After that he delivered the shahadat of Ameeril Mumineen (AS). The tarz of his bayan, the selection of his words and the pain in his voice, with the dua mubarak of moulana tus and his nazaraat, melted the hearts of one and all. Everyone called out to Moulana Ali AS. The matam continued after zohr namaz too when Bhai Saheb came out of the qibla among the mumineen for matam.
May allah give him khair ni jaza for all the tears that rolled down our cheeks by his gestures and bayans, may allah give Moulana aankh ni thandak in this grandson of His, and a long long life till the day of
judgement. Aameen.
