On 6th March 2010, Toloba-ul-Kulliyat- il-Mumenoon Kuwait organized an exclusive celebration buffet in Kuwait Hyatt Hotels on the auspicious occasion of Aqa Moula’s (TUS) English Birthday. Janab Aamil Saheb Dawood Bhaisaheb and Moawin Aamil Murtaza Bhaisaheb were invited as chief guests along with over 180 mumineen who participated in this spectacular event.
Upon arrival mumineen were presented with the audio CDs of the marasiya ‘Fulkul Husaine be Karbala’ as Hadiya. Guests were welcomed with escorts to their seats and served with fruit juice as entrée. In the banquet hall decked out in balloons and banners, separate seating arrangements were made for men and women, along with special seating area for the chief guests. The program started with Tilawat-e-Quran, followed by Qasida and Marasiya. Toloba then went on to welcome everyone and presented a slide show on their planned activities of Ayyamu-ta’abudat 1431.
Janab Aamil Saheb commended TKM for their excellent effort to organize this event very quickly and beautifully and encouraged them to continue the Khidmat of Aqa Moula (TUS) and attaining His Khushi Mubarak. This was followed by the cake cutting ceremony.
For entertainment, TKM had organized bingo, some highly entertaining and whimsical spot questions that had mumineen roaring with laughter and ended it with an interesting and informative quiz that gave everyone the opportunity to win some more prizes. The idea behind these games was to involve each and everyone that was achieved successfully.
After the vote of thanks, the guests proceeded towards the dining hall were once again separate seating arrangements were made for men and women. Delicious Arabic and Indian cuisine was served in an extensive 15 course buffet and mumineen enjoyed their lunch with soft madeh tunes playing in the background.
When asked to comment on the function, the program was declared a resounding success by everyone, announcing that they looked forward to such events from TKM in the future. Mumineen left with happiness filled in their hearts and a smile on their faces, which was the main purpose of this effort by the TKM.
May Allah Subhanahu keep our Beloved Aqa Moula TUS, healthy in the Khidmat of Imam Uz Zamaan and Buka of Moula Hussain RA till the day of Qayamat. Ameen!
