Anjuman-e-Najmi had joined hands with Government of Dubai in Clean Up
the World 2008 Campaign.
Clean Up the World 2008 campaign was held this year from 18 to 21 November.
Various activities were held under the banner: “One World, One
Eco-System, One Humanity”.
The campaign offered a very good opportunity to all residents of Dubai
in actively contributing towards conservation of their environment.
About 150 mumineen and children took part in the event and cleaned up
the area near Saifi Masjid which is locally known as Ayal Naser, Naif
Road, Deira, Dubai from 7.30 am till 9.30am on Friday, 21st November
2008.
Dubai Municipality gave caps and t-shirts to all participants.
