Lailatul Qadr in the Netherlands - an Azeem Ne’mat

The Netherlands has a relatively small jamaat of mumineen and Lailatul Qadr was organized in a hall within a Turkish mosque, which by itself is an azeem ne’mat in a place where there are barely 3-4 families and total attendees were about 25 including children. I had the privilege of attending as a visitor in the Netherlands. However, the enthusiasm and the khushi within the attendees at being fortunate enough to see yet another LailatulQadr and have an opportunity to listen to noorani kalemaat of Aqua Maula (TUS), was beyond bounds.
Lailatul Qadr majlis commenced at about 10:30 pm Netherlands time was presided by Sh. Hudaifa Harazi, Valimullah of The Netherlands and assisted by his son, M. Hamza Harazi. The painstaking preparation by them for the event even in the absence of other family members and the josh of performing khidmat as per Aqua Maula’s (TUS) farmaan and razaa, was moving. One must appreciate the difficulties in the logistic of organizing such a majlis in a place like The Netherlands. They even had to organize things like bichaat for namaaz, audio equipment for Aqua Maula’s (TUS) vasila, etc. all by themselves.
The majlis commenced with Isha’ namaaz followed by vasheq of Lailatul Qadr. Then came the moment everyone was waiting for with bated breath. Immediately upon hearing the mubarak voice of our 94 year old shafiq Bawa, mumineen’s hearts were filled with joy and eyes with tears…a feeling we all have at times like these, but cannot be put down in words. Aqua Maula (TUS) commenced with the Doa of Sajada Wajhe’al Balil Fa’ni follwed by vasila mubaraka. During the vasila Aqua Maula (TUS) showered pearls of Ne’mat to all mumineen, taking vasila of Panjatan Paak, especially Maulatena Fatematuz Zaahra, to whom Lailtul Qadr is dedicated, Imamuz Zamaan and Duat Mutlakeen for delivering mumineen from their gunaho. Mumineen burst into tears when Aqua Maula (TUS) performed Doa that Allah Subhanahu may grant him Umr Sharif to perform Doa for mumineen for many Lailatul Qadrs to come.
Until day break when mumineen went to bed after Lailatul Qadr, the Aqua Maula’s noorani kalemaat was still ringing in everyone’s ears.
