On Saturday 29th Rabiul Akhar, Manchester jamaat were given the sharaf of ziyafat as a jamaat. It was the first UK jamaat to be given the sharaf.

The ewan in al-Masjid al-Husaini, London, was packed with mumineen, muminaat and children of Manchester, numbering about 400. Mashaikh guests from other cities of UK were also present. A backdrop of words of shukur adorned Huzurala’s bethak.

At 5:30 pn, Aqa Maula (TUS) arrived to a tumultuous welcome. After Busaheba, Amatullah Aisaheba’s ziyarat, Aqa Maula ascended his seat and bestowed those present with a long bayan. He described the city of Manchester, and how mumineen had settled there, its architecture, history and that it was a bustling city with a good university. He said that today, Manchester’s mumineen had done his ziyafat together as one. In his dua for mumineen, he said that may barakat be increased in Manchester’s mumineen’s arzak, adaab, akhlaq, ilm, imaan, ikhlaas and more. He did dua for Manchester’s masjid to begin construction soon, to be completed swiftly and for it to be nafees.

Then Maula performed the taasis ceremony of the masjid in Manchester, by preparing a container in which the soil of various places, including the khaki shifa. Also included were coins and the day’s newspaper. The container will be put in its place soon on Aqa Maula’s instruction.

Shahzada Alivaqar Qusai Bhaisaheb Vajihuddin did shukur araz on behalf of mumineen of Manchester. The Amilsaheb of Manchester, Shaikh Khuzaima bhai Yamani also did shukur.

The hadaaya included gold for the zarih mubarak of Maulatena Fatima (SA).

All mumineen, muminaat and children got qadambosi sharaf. Three mumineen got sharaf of haddiyat, some mufsuhiyat and many were given titles.

The programme ended at maghrib.
